When scheduling the lady told me it would be a simple reprogramming and I’d be on my way, that was not the case. I ended up sitting in the lobby for 3.5 hours. Just went in for an oil change even when I own a 2019 2500 Ram. About the only place I trust anymore. Even when they told me my battery was pulling less amps and about to go out. And "puff" sure enough a 2500 Ram. About the only place I trust anymore. Even when they told me my battery was pulling less amps and about to go out. And "puff" sure enough a week later it went out.
