The sales rep, Kaleb Albarado, was a pleasure to work with and would reach out to him again with any future purchases or recommend him to others. Kaleb was patient without high sales pressure answering a multitude of questions and was very knowledgeable about the cars. He also showed no negativity when asked to test drive multiple vehicles. I also enjoyed working with Javi Almaguer in finance. My son had purchased a car from Conklin Salina in the past as well as a co-worker and both had very positive things to say about the dealership. They were friendly when I called, and I was able to schedule an appointment on the day I requested. The service department rep was courteous and helpful. He saw we had a recall on our vehicle and said schedule an appointment on the day I requested. The service department rep was courteous and helpful. He saw we had a recall on our vehicle and said he’d have the technician take care of that, too, if they had the part in stock. They did, so everything was completed with this one trip. We also talked with Samuel in the body shop. He was so helpful and went out of his way to check on something for us and take care of it. We appreciated that so much. The waiting area was nice and we were served a choice of refreshments while we waited. Overall, it was a nice experience. More
I was notified that my Honda Ridgeline had a safety recall and it also needed a service job. Scheduling the work was very simple with a phone call to a lady in the service department. The Conklin service department got my truck right in, completed the job in less time than I expected, and went through my vehicle’s multi-point inspection report with me. The bill was what I had been told it would be. You can’t beat that. More
