Alvin has to be one of the best salesman I have ever worked with. He personally took the time to deliver my vehicle from Hutchinson to Wichita and sign the paperwork at my kitchen table. Not once did I even go to the dealership nor did I test drive the van. It was all perfect!! The vehicle was completed detailed and had a full tank of gas. Alvin took the time to show me all the features of my new car right here in my driveway. Not once did he appear to be rushing me or acting like it was an inconvienance for him to come to me. Customer service was fantastic. Focused on price of vehicle and not all the other side items (ie down payment,trade in, monthly payments). Scholfield and Davis Moore worried more about these than getti vehicle and not all the other side items (ie down payment,trade in, monthly payments). Scholfield and Davis Moore worried more about these than getting me in the car I wanted. I never felt like I had to be on guard as I did with Wichita dealerships. Without question Conklin handled my concerns. Davis Moore and Scholfield use a system of questions to as they say "get you in the car you want". You soon figure out they are pinning you down with where they want the monthly payments (seemed very predatory). Never even close with Conklin. I will be buying my next car from Conklin. It's well worth the drive to Hutchinson. Honda would do themselves a favor by allowing Conklin into the Wichita market or any other manufacturer associated with Conklin. More
