My husband and I purchased a new car from Conklin Cars in Hutchinson, Kansas. We live about an hour from Hutchinson and there are several car dealers in our city that we had visited. It was WELL worth the drive to and from Hutchinson to work with Jennifer Oberhelman and her boss Steve Swartz. We have NEVER had such a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle and I assure you that the next time we purchase a car we will not waste our time looking or calling any other dealerships before going to see Jennifer and Steve first! Then, I know it won't be neccessary to talk to anyone else, because they are the BEST!! They treated us respectfully, professionally, honestly and kindly. We left knowing that they were people of integrity and that they would do their best to meet our needs for a vehicle in the price range that we needed. They went ABOVE and BEYOND in their serving us and meeting our needs and exceeded our expectations. They didn't waste our time trying to sell us features that we didn't need or want on our vehicle, nor was the finance department pushy trying to sell us alot of additional stuff once our car came in. I can not recommend Conklin cars enough to anyone who is wanting (and possibly dreading!) having to purchase a new or used car. We never dreaded seeing them or hearing from them because of the exceptional various ways they took care of us and they continue to do so. Jenny has called my husband several times to see if he has any questions she could answer. He has had some and I assure you that she has patiently talked him through the questions over the phone until she has helped him figure out and understand the answers to them. She is incredible.
