Joe Walker was very easy to work with. We discussed what we were interested in (CR-V) and why, took a test drive, had our trade in appraised and discussed new purchase price. After we completed the paperwork, we left a small deposit to hold the car. The vehicle was not in in stock, but they had one on their next delivery truck. Joe called us to keep us posted and made arrangements to pick-it-up. We had also ordered some accessories. He made sure these ordered and then installed before we came to pick-up the car. On the day I had decided that Conklin was going to be my "carhunter," we closed the deal on the LeSabre. If the deal had failed, I was willing to wait for Conklin -- and only Conklin -- to put something else in front of me that matched my criteria. I was elated with the result.
