I am so well pleased with all the time and effort given me by Jose Flores for Conklin Cars. He gave me lots of time on the phone on a Friday night on an introductory call. He located exactly what I wanted since the color was not in their current inventory and got it in a timely manner. I was kept informed during the interim time. As I had not dealt with Conklin before I was given a complete tour of the facilities and even my dog was welcomed. When I got the car Jose again programmed and explained everything and assured me I could continue to call if I had questions--which I know I will. Having had a Honda continuously since 1982 I did not consider another brand of car but had never had a CRV before. I love it!!! I look forward to continuing to deal with Jose Flores at Conklin Cars. Jose Flores was excellent in helping me purchase my new 2012 Honda Odyssey. Since I made the entire transaction over the telephone and internet, I had to rely on his ability to explain things and to make 2012 Honda Odyssey. He came through in flying colors. Since I live over 130 miles away, Jose offered to deliver the car to me and that was the clincher. I have purchased quite a few new cars over the years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I really was impressed with the entire process and I have to thank Jose for making this all possible. Once the car was delivered, Jose carefully went over all the features and even programmed my cell phone to work with the bluetooth in the new van. I doubt if I could have done that without Jose's help. I highly recommend this dealership because of their good prices, willingness to work with the buyer, and the professionalism shown by the salesman and finance person.
