I am just so pleased with Jose in Sales and Marcie in the Service Dept. and all those who checked over and made sure my CRV was in perfect working order. We recently dealt with Mr. Pohlman when we purchased a Honda Odyssey from Conklin Cars in Hutchinson. Let me first say, it was hands down the best experience we've had purchasing a vehicle. I have purchased several vehicles over the years from other dealerships and my experiences have ranged from feeling like I'm pulling teeth to a down right rude, knock down fight with salesmen using all sorts of irritating sales tactics. This time, it was the opposite. Michael was very friendly, patient, and accommodating and answered all of our questions honestly from the start. He started by driving the vehicle all the way from Hutchinson to our house near Goddard for us to take a look at it and test drive it. He worked with us entirely from our home, both setting up the paperwork and dealing with our trade-in. Unlike the negotiating fight I'm used to getting when trading in a vehicle, Michael met our expectations immediately, giving us what we felt was a fair trade-in value on our vehicle. When we requested to have a DVD player installed, he set it up for us within just a few days. When we took the vehicle to have the DVD player installed, he was waiting on us at the door and set up a temporary vehicle for us to use for a few hours to take the kids to the Cosmosphere while they installed the DVD player. He was always polite and courteous, even transferring our kids' car seats to the other vehicle for us and retrieving our stroller for us. I would highly recommend Michael and will definitely seek him out for any vehicle purchases we make in the future. More

After a previous new car buying experience, this was a breeze. The process took less than 2 hours from start to finish. I had found a vehicle that I fell in love with. I told Brad I definitely wanted it but had to take paper work to the bank the next day since they were closed. As soon as my bank opened I took the paper work there and sat down with the loan officer. She called Brad and told him what needed to happen and he checked with his manager. The manager told him they would do what it took to make the deal work and we had to wait on them to fax over a contract so it was readable. While waiting on the bank to approve the loan, Conklin Cars sold the vehicle to someone else. I talked yo the manager Kelly and all he said was he was sorry that had happened. He would still like my business. I found another vehicle at one of their other lots and called to ask Brad what the numbers would be to get it. He called back and told me they would give me $1900$5900 less than the original quote on my trade even though the vehicle was $2000he more than the first one. Needless to say but I would never do business with this company again. I went to a lot in Wichita and got what I was looking for at Midwest Kia. More

Great experience overall. Jose and Steve were amazing and did a really good job of working with us to get a great deal. I wish that the vehicle had been cleaned better when we picked it up. This was by far the most positive and pleasant car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. From our warm welcome by the lovely ladies at the front door to finalizing the paperwork, we were treated wonderfully. As we were waiting to finalize things, my husband chuckled and said, "They're so nice here I feel like I should offer more money just to buy the car!" Our sale representative was Sam Conklin and he was an absolute delight to work with. To put the icing on the cake, that evening after we got home we received a phone call from the finance person letting us know they had located a better rate for our loan. They sent a person out the next business day to our house (an hour away) to deliver the new paperwork for us to sign. When I called a week later with a question, Sam called me back immediately even though he was at home sick. In a nutshell, we are sold on Conklin and would recommend them to anyone - and have! More
