Mike welcomed me into the dealership, showed me the truck that I wanted, and made me feel at home while we negotiated the sale. Buying a vehicle can be an intimidating experience, but with Mike it was laid back and relaxed. The office was nice and the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful as well; a real team experience. Mike was patient with my limited budget and worked with me through the process in order to get the truck that I wanted for the price I was able and willing to pay. I would definitely buy from him again and work with this dealership in the future. During the wait time, we shared a cup of coffee and talked about day-to-day life and I felt like I was talking to an old friend at this dealership. The financial consultant, Paul, was also very friendly, and patient with all of my questions. We looked at several institutions before finally settling on a loan agency. Paul had a great attitude and you could tell that he really enjoyed getting his applicants the best interest rate with the best term possible to suite their needs; a true keeper in the financing office. After the sale was over and the truck was mine, Michael came out with me and put on his work gloves and helped me move tools from my old truck to my new truck, even the heavy tool box. I was impressed with this because I had already closed the deal with him and he was still willing to roll up his sleeves and lend me a helping hand. From start to finish, the experience of getting my truck was painless and a true pleasure working with the staff at Conklin Cars. The best experience we have ever had buying a car!
