Easily the best experience I could have asked for. Malcolm took my call from Wichita at about 4:30-4:45 and said there would be someone waiting late for me when I got there. Malcolm greeted us with a smile when we got there moments before closing time and stayed until the purchase was complete, long after he should have been home with his family for the evening. Malcolm treated me and my family with kindness, decency, and respect, and there was nothing fake about it. Two other team members had also stayed and sacrificed their evenings.
