Just got a letter in the mail from Conklin Cars in Hutchinson thanking me for my vehicle purchase. In closing he wanted to me to write a quick paragraph on this website summarizing my experience at Conklin Cars Hutchinson. We stopped by Conklin Cars to check out a Honda Fit. They did not have what we were looking for in stock. We politely said thanks for showing us around, we will be going back home now. They made that exit very difficult for us. As they continued to stop us and show cars that we were not interested in in the slightest. After that they insisted we go to the office and just fill out a quick contact sheet in case the model we were looking for ever came in. That contact sheet ended up being an interview of sorts that took quite a bit of time. After I refused to give up my financial information to a dealership that didn't have the car I wanted in stock I decided it was finally time to go. We very uncomfortably stood up and walked out. I thought that was the end of it. It was not. As mentioned above, I just got this letter today. We did not purchase a car at Conklin Cars Hutchinson. I do not know who Josh Morgan is. He is not the man we dealt with that day. My name is misspelled in the letter. Ironically the closing sentence in his second paragraph in this letter is "Hopefully, I have lived up to my promise which was to deliver you with a simple, honest, and hassle free vehicle purchasing experience." To Josh and all the rest of you at Conklin Cars who have misshandled personal information and my requests the day of, you have failed at living up to whatever promises you have made. More

Todd is definitely not "pushy" but is very politely persistent to indicate he wants your business. We stopped by Conklin Cars in 2003, just looking. Todd remembered our name & number ( we do not live in Hutchinson ) and called every couple of months to keep in contact. When we decided to buy we let him know fairly specifically what we were looking for and he found it. This describes our other purchases also. This time we were not sure exactly what vehicle or what brand. Todd suggested we come by and drive all their brands. We did, and decided on the Honda Accord. Second, about the dealership. Conklin Cars indicates that they appreciate your business by having a greeter five feet inside the door. She contacts the person you request or finds someone to be of help and offers something to drink while you wait. All of the people we dealt with were professional, efficient and friendly. From our extended experience we can feel confident to recommend Todd and Conklin Cars. More

Conklin Cars and especially Jose Flores were very easy to deal with making the buying experience stress free with no pressure.
