I communicated first via text and emails and after much research on the vehicle I was looking at I went down to Hutchinson to test drive the car. When I first arrived, Jose was not there yet so I did my first test drive with Chico Lopez and he was very friendly and helpful. Later on Jose arrived and I finished working with him. I did end up purchasing the car and appreciate the kindness and helpfullness of all the staff at Conklin Cars. I worked with Finance Manager Paul Washburn and he was very helpful and went over the paperwork slowy and at a pace that was very nice. He did not rush through anything. They are different from other car dealerships I have been to. They are NOT pushy at all and want to make sure you love the vehicle before purchasing it. They also have a buy back guarantee so if you decide you do not like it after a day or two you can bring it back. I would highly recommend checking out Conklin Cars in Hutchinson, KS. More

We finally said lets try to open our horizons and shop out of town. I went on line and saw a picture of a beautiful 2013 Nissan Altima listed at a very fair price. The person I dealt with was Jose Flores. He was super friendly, not in a car salesman way, just naturally nice! He went out of his way to make the deal work, and when it was all said and done he even took the time to voluntarily set up the blue tooth for my wife. The only issue I did have with the car was that it needed cleaned, and detailed. I may still have them take care of that. I assume it wasn't done due to just getting the car in the inventory. The finance manager Paul Washburn was also very friendly and helpful. I would stongly reccomend anyone in Wichita looking for a good car and great service, it's worth a short drive to Conklin in Hutchinson! More
