Bad service I brought my Honda Odyssey to Conklin after we began having trouble with it on the road. They diagnosed it and said it needed software update and roc I brought my Honda Odyssey to Conklin after we began having trouble with it on the road. They diagnosed it and said it needed software update and rocker arm replacement. We updated the software first to see if that would correct the problem. No luck so we brought back in for the rocker arm replacement. Replaced the rocker arm - it didn't fix the problem. Then they said it needed a new spool valve assembly. Replaced the spool valve assembly - it didn't fix the problem. Then they said some bolts may need resurfaced. IF that doesn't work it would need a new engine. So far they have billed me $1200 and haven't even scratched the surface of the problem. They tell me if I spend another $900 it MIGHT fix it, otherwise I will need to replace the engine. Either you know what the problem is and can fix it or you don't and can't. They obviously don't. I can't keep paying $500 to $1000 every time I bring it back for them to do trial and error. Wish they would have told me from the beginning they didn't know how to fix it - would have saved me $1200 and a lot of hassle. To add salt to the wound they tell me they can only give me minimal value for a trade in since they don't know the problem. More

Took the dread out of buying from a lot We went to every dealership in town looking for a quality pre-owned vehicle for a reasonable price and if a lot had one we liked no one would come hel We went to every dealership in town looking for a quality pre-owned vehicle for a reasonable price and if a lot had one we liked no one would come help/talk to us, and if by some miracle someone did talk to us they treated us as if we were a burden. Conklin was one of our last stops and ended up being our best. Jose understood where we were at and what our needs were. He didn't try to push us into buying a car that we either couldn't afford or didn't absolutely love. When we found what we wanted we did find minor problems, however, Jose assured us that Conklin would take care of all of our worries. And that they did. Even now, two weeks later, Jose is still fighting to get every little thing we were worried about fixed. I have already recommended Conklin, and more importantly, Jose, to several friends and coworkers and do plan on dealing with him for our future purchases. More

The only unfortunate part of my experience was having to take my brand new car back to the dealership twice in the first week i had it. But never the less the service department and managers dealing with my issues were just as amazing! I will definitely be going back to Conklin for my next vehicle! More
