Sarah is the absolute best! She works hard to find what you want and gets it at the price you can afford. She is friendly, professional and all around a wonderful person. I had a service engine warning as I was driving past the dealer. I am not a regular customer. They told me what was wrong and that my vehicle would continue to operate. My first visit for the most resent recall was (I believe) Oct. 3rd. They would not give me a courtesy car because I purchased my vehicle more than 3 years ago. My appt. was at 10:40, but this was going to t Oct. 3rd. They would not give me a courtesy car because I purchased my vehicle more than 3 years ago. My appt. was at 10:40, but this was going to take until after 3:00, but I could leave and reschedule. So I did- for Oct. 9th. When I arrived with my ride (I live 40 minutes away), I was told “this won’t take long!” I tried to explain even knowing he was there the week before and had heard the exchange. It only took approximately an hour- I easily could’ve waited that out the first day. Jody was not even slightly aware of my inconvenience. I didn’t get a “courtesy” car, a vacuum, or a carwash. We’ve tried Conklin Ford , Conklin Chevy, and Conklin Honda, and have been dissatisfied with each one. We won’t be buying from Conklin Cars again. More
