Went to Conklins to have my oil changed on my 2013 F-150. Was told the price would be $60. I told them I usually go to Mel Hambleton but because of gas price I would be changing all my business to Conklins. Was told the price would be $60. I told them I usually go to Mel Hambleton but because of gas price I would be changing all my business to Conklins. When I got the invoice there was an additional $32.50 charge for labor to change the oil. Labor is always included in the price to change the oil. Also, they charged me for 8 qts. At Mel Hambleton, they charge me for 7 quarts. Which is it 7 or 8 qts.? I get Motorcraft synthetic blend oil at both places. Not at all happy for being charged over $90. for an oil change and Mel Hambleton charges $60. Hambleton's also rotates the tires for free with oil change and they check the alignment at N/C. Will not be going back to Conklins. More

Our salesman was very knowledgeable of the car we wanted to purchase and did not pressure us ;in any way shape or form. He smiled and greeted us with the utmost respect and was very professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership to people that want a small town atmosphere and a pleasant surrounding.
