Researched and test drove a 2017 GMC Denali @ this location. Had been listed for sale for 64 days online. Truck had a broken shark fin antennae and had never been cleaned / washed since taking posse location. Had been listed for sale for 64 days online. Ended up making a deal on the truck with conditions that the antennae be replaced, truck be DETAILED, and it have a full tank of gas. Only thing done was the antennae; found stains in the headliner and crumbs/sticky substance in the cup holders along with grease prints on the interior trim. Truck only had 1/4 tank of fuel in it and 1 of the tires is in such bad shape it must be replaced immediately! 50k tires that only lasted 35k miles and dealer let it slide. I’m happy with my truck-but I’m disappointed in the “service” side of this sale. Took 6 days after the deal was made until I was called to say it was ready-my service work will be done at a different dealership now. More
