Conklin Chevrolet Newton responded

JH - We use full Synthetic Oil that lasts up to 5 or 6 thousand miles. We also do a full 27 point inspection and wash your vehicle. This does cost more than using regular oil, but regular oil requires more frequent oil changes. It also takes us just a bit longer since we do the full inspection and car wash. We do offer a shuttle service to customers so you do not have to wait. Sorry to hear that our Advisor was not friendly and I will be looking into that.
