I have have bought 3 cars from Conklin, have been loyal with buying tires, maintenance, and staying with Conklin. I felt I was lied to on our recent trip. For example I was told that I was told I have a po with buying tires, maintenance, and staying with Conklin. I felt I was lied to on our recent trip. For example I was told that I was told I have a power steering pump leak which caused our sensor and pig tails to go bad. When I brought in my service record from last month to show them there was no note of the leal and they said sorry about that we looked at the wrong paper work and thought my last name was Hubb not Rupp. Then they said this is the first time we noticed the leak and that is the reason why my sensors are bad. I then said this check engine light had been going off and on for at least 6 months and I'm pretty sure I would have noticed a leak on my garage floor, he then said I'm sorry I'm not the tech that worked on the car. I hope you can see the reason why I am upset and will probably not be a customer anymore. More

Lost! Had a recall so I set up time once part came in. No call, I contacted them after 4-6 weeks and was told part was in. Set a time to drive up there from Wichita to only find out not all the parts were in call, I contacted them after 4-6 weeks and was told part was in. Been another month and still have not heard anything. Sure I probably will never be contacted and fairly sure that part has been in if they ordered it? Seems only way to find out is I contact them, way it has been going since this recall started. My review of their service department on this whole ordeal is they seam lost! More
