Charged me $200 to tell me I needed a new battery. They said it took 1 hour to diagnose the problem, but I’m not sure how load-testing a battery takes an hour. If I would have had them replace the bat They said it took 1 hour to diagnose the problem, but I’m not sure how load-testing a battery takes an hour. If I would have had them replace the battery it would have cost me a total of $550. That’s absurd when the only thing wrong with the vehicle was a low CCA in the battery. More
