Hello, I was very disappointed with a wait time of almost 3hrs for an oil change and inspection on a low mileage, 2019 Toyota Camry. I was not kept up to date with the progress on my car. After almost 2hrs, I decided to check intermittently and was told by Alissa Fox, she did not have my file. I saw my keys by someone else stating the paperwork was being completed, after an additional half hour, I checked again as I needed to purchased new service and was not called back to the counter to apply when they rep had my paperwork. No explanation of cost or work performed was given. Just paid with my debit card. My arrival time to the dealership was 11am. My check out time was about 1:45pm. Not my usual experience with Toyota More
