I went there to buy out my lease. They forced me to service my lease there prior to "allowing" me to buy it. They charged me 230 bucks. It's really ashame as I've been a customer there for 10 hears in my 3rd car and after 10 years do something like that! They should be ashamed! More
Overall this was one of the better visits for service and they were able to squeeze me in for an inspection a couple days in advance when there weren’t appointments available. When I checked it I was told the cost and questioned it bc there should be a note in the system for free inspection. They crossed that cost out on the paperwork but once the car was finished and I went to pay it was still on there. The note seems to be very cleared when you bring up my account so I don’t understand why this was addressed from the beginning or even after it was crossed out. More
I took my car in for its annual inspection and elected to wait for the work to be completed. The waiting area is comfortable and has WIFI and they were reasonably timely.
