Every year I take my truck in for state inspection and emissions and every year I always end up waiting over two hours. This year my truck was returned to me smelling like foul cigarettes and Fabrees deod emissions and every year I always end up waiting over two hours. This year my truck was returned to me smelling like foul cigarettes and Fabrees deodorizer which lasted two days. Both smells made me and my passengers nauseous. I can tolerate the long wait times but I can’t tolerate my truck being returned to me smelling so foul with Fabrees to cover it up. More

The service took longer than promised and when it was all said and done, one of the main reasons for going here for service was for a slow leak in a tire. I stated when making the appointment, and again at the time of check in, that the one tire had a slow leak. We had purchased the protection plan that covered the tires. Inspections were due this month so I combined the visit. When I finally got the call that the inspection was done, they told me I need a new tire to complete the inspection. I then had to remind them that tires were covered. That took more time. Still waiting, I finally started walking around again when I saw my car parked in the parking lot, done. I had to go and find out what was going on. More paperwork and more waiting. I am not certain how long my car had been parked out in the lot finished, but the staff knew I was waiting there and should have been notified sooner. Very frustrating. More
