Service advisor, scheduling person and customer should be on the same page. I called and requested service schedule for my vehicle and I said I would be waiting at the dealership but scheduling person put me on the same page. I called and requested service schedule for my vehicle and I said I would be waiting at the dealership but scheduling person put me in for drop off! . Luckily the service manager fixed the situation.
