I took my car for detailing. The job was shoddily done. There was dried up cleaning agent residue left over which made the car look worse. No courtesy wash. As for the financing experience, Dave was welcoming and extremely efficient, yet thorough. However, we disliked pressure we felt to add on maintenance packages and such. It’s assumed commission is made off of the sale of these products, so it gets so awkward when we simply don’t want to purchase them and then receive a little pushback about our decision. More
