I went to Toyota with the intentions of purchasing a vehicle. This is my third Toyota purchase and I must admit I did not buy my second Toyota from this location partly due to the sales person. Franklin has a very laid back approach; I felt absolutely NO pressure. He has a way of engaging you in a conversation that didn't feel intrusive. He's a young guy but has a great way of dealing with people - old like me. I was very pleased this time around. I don't know if I was more happy to have a new care as I was happy that Franklin would get credit and the incentive for the sale! Good Job Franklin! Eli, the fiannce manager, was great too.
