Genuine Customer Service I drove my mom to the dealership to purchase another vehicle. CALLS NOT RETURNED After I leased a new 2016 and turned in my 2014 lease, I received an e-mail saying I have a payment due on my 2014 car which I no longer have. I called the main number for TFS and they said to contact the dealer since they have no paperwork regarding my new lease. I left messages for Eli Morales and someone by the name of Beth who the person who answered the phone says handles the paperwork and neither one returned my phone call. TFS said it should only take 10 business days. It is now 3 weeks and the problem still hasn't been corrected. More

When we met with Christine she made the financing process comfortable and easy to understand. She worked hard to get us into something that we wanted and still affordable. She was friendly, knowledgeable snd professional . our experience with Steve Natale was also really positive. He spent time with us trying to get us the best financing possible.
