Bob and the team were so nice and full of information that we ended up with the Highlander XLE 2016... a much better upgrade at a very fair and reasonable monthly payment. We always have a great experience when dealing with Conicelli whether we are looking for a new vehicle, repairing accident damage or going in for service... this place runs like a well oiled machine with the benefit of a polite and helpful team!!! I love my new Highlander... I said I couldn't tell the difference in the way vehicles feel when driving so I didn't need to test drive it (because we love Toyota's anyway), but it was such a nice surprise when I drove away in my new vehicle that I could indeed feel the difference of the much better ride and feel of the control and steering... it practically drives itself and it's so easy to handle... very smooth and quiet!
