Over all, I'm satisfied with his service. I also like the internet service with securied connection. For future improvements: It'd be better if Jay let me know the model I purchased doesn't have an ABS. It'd also be better if the reception desk was more obvious to the customers. We're waiting at the door, and were not aware of where the reception desk was. It took some guess to finally find it. We're used to be greeted at the door. More
