I was not in the dealership more than an hour,when I had made up my mind that I would make a I purchased a green Toyota Corolla LE several weeks ago. I was not in the dealership more than an hour,when I had made up my mind that I would make a deal. After informing the salesman, Mr. Dwayne Johnson what I wanted, he immediately began to show me several automobiles and to inform me of the features of each. It did not take long before we had reached an agreement and closed the deal. When I picked up the car, he answered all my questions, and I left as a satisfied customer. He later called to be sure everything was working well, and answered a few questions about some of the features of the automobile. This has been a very satisfying experience. I would highly recommend the dealership and the salesman, Mr. Dwayne Johnson. More

TERRIBLE I receive free oil changes/maintenence for the duration of my Toyota lease from this business and after today I would rather make a service appointmen I receive free oil changes/maintenence for the duration of my Toyota lease from this business and after today I would rather make a service appointment somewhere else and PAY money out of my own pocket than step foot in this place again. They NEVER answered their phone or returned the messages I left to set up an appointment. I finally spoke with a service member by getting a hold of a woman from the PARTS department and demanding that she physically walk down to the service department and tell them to return my upwards of 10 calls. Then two days before my appointment they refused to honor my request to have my car vacuumed after my appointment. REALLY?! You won't perform a courtesy cleaning for a customer, let alone, an extremely frustrated customer?? The day of my appointment I receive a missed call from Concelli after I had dropped my car off. They left NO voicemail, so I had to go through another painstaking process of trying to get a hold of someone from the service department. Of course, the phone rang and rang and rang and rang... I had a person from the body shop walk down and retrieve someone who could speak with me. I was told by "Matt" that they had had a few extra minutes to vacuum my car; however, I had a few kids toys in my back seat so they actually could NOT vacuum it. Now, what is the point of telling me this?? When I go to pick up my car I vent my frustrations and "Brian" apologizes. He offers to vacuum the car in 10-15 minutes because I had to leave to go to work. I agree thinking the nightmare is over and I've finally reached a competent employee from the service department. I wait with my children in the waiting room and after 25 minutes I ask "Brian" if my car is done. He checks and says that they are doing a very thorough job and that the driver's side of the car is vacuumed and the other half will be finished in 10 minutes. I tell "Brian" I can't wait any longer and that I want my car and I don't care if it's halfway finished. He leaves to go retrieve it and is gone another 15 minutes! At this point I've been waiting a total of 40 minutes for a promised 10-15 minute vaccuum. Here's the best part- "Brian" pulls up with my car and the whole car is barely vacuumed with crumbs and leaves still all over. One half is NOT thoroughly vacuumed as he had claimed. He mumbles "Sorry I was helping him vaccuum." So the real story is that "Brian" is a liar and that my car sat for 25 minutes WITHOUT being touched and then once he realized this he lied and said it was taking so long because it was being "thoroughly" cleaned. Obviously, it took 15 minutes to bring my car out because he ran back there and hastily attempted to vacuum it and cover his butt. This place is an absolute joke. If they can lie about little things like this, I wonder what else they can be dishonest about! BEWARE and get you car serviced somewhere else far, far away! More

Best car buying experience ever! I had no idea I would end up buying a new car when I woke up Friday morning. Did preliminary investigation at another dealer with the thoughts of leasing which I had never done. Wasn't sure about it so I went home to think. Contacted AAA for dealers in their car buying program and Conicelli was the closest. Within 5 minutes I had received a phone call (thanks Tammy!) and was in the showroom 30 minutes later. Worked with Eddie G. to purchase a new Corolla LE Premium and Eli worked the numbers so that I had a payment that worked for me.
