We took a long time I deciding on what to buy (one new, one used), we had a TON of questions, took a lot of their time with test drives and random things, AND we had a toddler tagging along! They were very patient and gracious and professional the whole time for both experiences. Felicia was incredibly approachable and really knows her cars - we said multiple times that she should teach a workshop for women on cars and car parts and how to buy and mechanics stuff, etc! She was very flexible and both she and Rob worked out great deals for us. They also went over all pricing and financing scenarios, the nitty gritty and logistics of all warranties so that we knew what we were getting. Great experience all around. Even my son loved it!
