I had a great experience at Toyota Conicelli Springfield. Using the Conicelli website, I found a pre-owned SUV with low mileage. Paul introduced himself and immediately made me feel at ease. He asked what questions i had and what my needs were and walked me thru the process. I took a test ride with Paul S. before heading out on the road,he went thru every aspect of the operation and all the features. I mentioned I was new to the modern features as I was trading in a 2007 rav 4...so it was very helpful having him go thru everything so patiently. Test drive, paperwork, financing all went smoothly Asshya the finance agent was very efficient. The technology with desk screen made things so clear. Leaving the dealership Paul Santabarbara again took time to make sure I had all my keys, key chain, tote bag etc. Plus his business card and phone number. I scheduled an appointment on line for an 9am oil change. I got there at 8:45 and sat there till 10:42. It was crazy. I’m not going back. I had to go back to her desk and ask if there were any recommendations from the service technician. They weren’t like this at Sloane or Liberty Toyota. I’m just going to Jiffy Lube and for anything serious, I’ll take it to Sloane or Liberty. I’ve been Toyota driver because of the customer care but this service department was unbelievable. I over heard so many red flags, with staffing shortages and the new tech mishandling the drill’s torque while rotating tires and breaking one customers lug nut and bolt. After I heard that, I declined tire rotation. The service representative was not nice about it either. There needs to be a training program that reminds people of the importance of customer care.
