Kevin Dowd was very helpful in explaining the service our car needed. Gerold, who drives the complimentary customer shuttle, worked late to pick me from home to get my completed car. They even had a coupon that you scratched off to receive a discount. My only complaint is that there per hour labor charge is quite high at $160 per hour! Even with my 20% off coupon, I feel their charges are expensive. More

On January 6th, 2023 I took my toyota into service department at Conshohocken because the remote on my car key wasn't working. Mark Elmore greeted me and explained the process. After a short wait, Mark escorted me to meet the mechanic/technician "Tony" so we could review the problem. At first, replacing the battery didn't solve the problem. Tony continued examining the problem key and my extra key, as he was trying to avoid me paying for the total replacement and programing etc. The new battery must have worked, as the problem was corrected. I appreciate his personal care and concern that the problem would be corrected in the least expensive way. At one point, I had 3 Conicelli employees helping me; Mark, Tony and I believe it was the service manager. T want to express my appreciation for the wonderful service. I will not hesitate to return for future service, these were honest and caring employees. Thanks again. Jack Maxwell More
