The Conicelli Service Department is phenomenal. Knowing nothing about cars, service, maintenance and questions always make me anxious. Where ALL of the members of the service department have been ever present and helpful, Mark Elmore has made special efforts with me for the last six years and I have to say I have never been happier or more satisfied with a dealership. I have called at closing, before the shop opens, during the day, during lunch - essentially at all crazy hours and have always received good advice and the help I have needed. I would highly recommend Conicelli for all Toyota related matters. More

Always a great experience - entire sales team is very accommodating and friendly. Frank from Toyota followed me to Hyundai and was still knowledgeable and able to answer every question I had. Best service anyone could ask for!!! I was in an accident and my Lexus got swiped from the drivers side front panel all the way to the rear tire. I couldn't believe the damage. George Leigh took care of me from the second I arrived. I was basically in tears, but he reassured me that my car would be better than new when I came to get it. I was so upset and my car looked so bad, I didn't even think GOD would be able to fix it! George had the Concelli shuttle service pick me up from their collision center and drive me a quarter of a mile up the street to get a rental car. Concelli hooked me up with a beautiful 2010 or 2011 Toyota Camry (paid for by my insurance Co.) while my car was in the shop. When my car was done, I almost started crying again! They are miracle workers!!! My car looked Brand New! It literally looked better than the day I bought it! There wasn't a single dent anywhere and they must of washed and waxed every crevice inside and out! I was in utter shock! They surpassed every expectation once could possibly have! Conicelli is the only place I have, had, or ever will buy a car or take one to be repaired! Thank you George Leigh & Tom Bemiller for fixing my pride and joy! More

I bought my 2000 4Runner Ltd from these guys back in 2005. I've taken it in for service a number of times. Today I had it in for service as I was getting a vibration @ 60+ and squealing from the left 2005. I've taken it in for service a number of times. Today I had it in for service as I was getting a vibration @ 60+ and squealing from the left side wheel area. They fixed the squealing (frt brks) and free of charge fixed the balance of my frt tires. While they need to work on their customer area (dirty bathrooms, no soap, dirty mechanics fumbling with the coffee machine that's for customers), I cannot say anything bad at all about what really counts - the fix and good service. The guy that saw me out took his time explaining everything and put my concerns to rest. Finally, brought the 4Runner out onto the highway and it was like the day I bought it (55k+ miles ago.). They're not the most polished by they've never failed in many visits to do what they're supposed to do - they listen pretty well, explain everything with no pressure to get more optional service, and fix the car the first time and get you back on the road. I have purchased three new cars from the Conicelli family since 1993. I currently own an Avalon and a Scion which are exclusively serviced at Conicelli. Service Manager, Bob Calhoun, truly goes out of his wa since 1993. I currently own an Avalon and a Scion which are exclusively serviced at Conicelli. Service Manager, Bob Calhoun, truly goes out of his way to make sure everything is done right at each schedule service. As a matter of fact, for the last several years, Mechanic, Mike Wright, has exclusively serviced both of my vehicles. I can say with certainty that my next vehicle will also be purchased at Conecelli. More
I have had 2 cars from Conicelli. But, including my family members we have purchased 4 cars. I have never had my car serviced by anyone but Conicelli. My main reason is because of the relationship I family members we have purchased 4 cars. I have never had my car serviced by anyone but Conicelli. My main reason is because of the relationship I have developed with Mr. Elmore. He has always been honest and professional. If Mark tells me I need something, I know it's needed, I never feel like I am being taken advantage of and as a woman, that is important to me. I can address anything with Mr. Elmore and that communication is vital when you are having service performed. More
Went in for State Inspection. Was advised that I was ready for 90,000 mile service. This is the 2nd Corolla I have purchased from this dealership. I have used the Service Department for all the work I have done on these cars for over 20 years. I find the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable and willing to work with me concerning the continued use of my cars. I plan on purchasing a 3rd car from this dealership in the next few years. My father who owned a Ford Dealership along with my grandfather over 50 years (who would never buy a "foreign" car) was very impressed with the quality of the product and the service I have been given. He was a hard man to impress. Conicelli Toyota has never let me down. More
