The main reason why I continue to purchase/lease my family's vehicles from Conicelli is their exceptional customer service both in the showroom and service department. Paul Smith, sales associate, is extremely knowledgeable about the various Toyota products and has brokered our last two leasings and quite frankly I wouldn't buy/lease a vehicle from anyone else. On the service side Bob Calhoun "is the man". Bob has been my service representative since 2004 and has always been pleasant, answered and addressed all my questions and concerns in a manner that made me feel comfortable. More importantly when my vehicle required immediate attention he was always able to accommodate my needs and schedule. He is truly an asset to the Conicelli dealership and comes highly recommended as a service technician that you can trust and count on during those times when you need to feel confident that your vehicle's repairs are in the right hands. More
Now I know why the center of CoNICElli is nice. That is exactly how I would describe the service dept. from the time I walked in the door that is how I was treated. I have always been extremely pleased with the Toyota service department. No matter when I call, what I need or whom I deal with the gentlemen who help me are always friendly, knowledgeable, efficient a service department. No matter when I call, what I need or whom I deal with the gentlemen who help me are always friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Given that I know nothing about cars vehicle troubles are the end of the world to me. They always manage to fix all of my problems in minimal time with incredible quality. I would recommend the Toyota service department to anyone but especially to someone who knows nothing about cars (like me). More
These people are dishonest and I will never buy a car there or get service from them.... BEWARE!!!!!! To start off, I bought a brand new 2007 Toyota Camry back in 2007. When I purchased the car, I add there or get service from them.... BEWARE!!!!!! To start off, I bought a brand new 2007 Toyota Camry back in 2007. When I purchased the car, I added a dent warranty. A few months go by and I had a dent and called Conicelli and went in and they told me that the dent wasn't covered because there was a scratch in the dent. Now grant it, when I bought the car, the woman who sold the warranty told me if there was any dent smaller than the size of your fist, it would be covered under the warranty. I went back there with this dent, which was the size of a quarter, and the woman that sold me the warranty told me she could help me out this one time, which they repaired, although I didn't find this out to be helping me out, considering I was misled when I purchased the dent warranty...... Throughout the years I have been loyal and paying $500+ every time I get my inspection done (which i find to be extremely high). Last year (December 2012) I had my light go on telling me my tires were low. I took it into Conicelli and they told me that I would need to have each sensor individually changed (since the tires were fine) starting with the 1st one at $600 a pop. If the first one didn't work, then they would have to charge another $600 per tire until the correct tire sensor was found. This doesn't make sense to me at all. I decided to leave the light on instead of having to potentially pay $2400. In the mean time (Dec 2012), I had all my tires replaced with 70k mile warranty tires. Recently (July 2013), I had a clicking noise under my hood. I took my car to Concielli and they called me back and told me my engine had a short block issue and they needed to put the short block part of the engine back together again and that "might" work. Then he (Bob - don't even let me get into this pathetic liar), told me it would be a minimum of $6k+ to have this done. I asked if I was under warranty, and so be it, it was up within the last year, what a surprise.... Furthermore, he also told me my tire light was on (which I didn't have fixed when I was there last, not being able to afford potentially having to spend a total of $2400 if they needed to change each sensor) and they needed to replace the tires. I then told them I recently had my tires replaced within the last 6 mths and I needed to pick my car up and think about the engineer repair.... I don't just have $6k sitting around to maybe fix my car. The next day I ended up getting a second open and I am having the job done for $4k, with a used engine with less miles. With me being a customer for so many years, you'd think they would try to help you out, but not this place. I also mentioned to the mechanic that's replacing the engine about the tire light issue. This mechanic then pulled out a tool that can check each tire on the fly, and pointed out which one was having the problem and told me it would cost $100 to fix. That is just dishonest to say the least, potentially getting charged by Conicelli for $2400 (if they had to do all 4 tires) and having this problem solved for $100 going elsewhere. All in all, if you aren't too familiar with vehicles, beware of Conicelli. They may promise certain warranty's and if you take it to be serviced, their going to take you to the cleaners. Also, maybe it's just my luck, but having bought a brand new car in 2007 and having the engine go bad less than 6 years after buying it, I think they should be able to help you out in some sort of way. Also, being told I need new tires after just a few months of getting brand new ones, thank you very much, I appreciate you trying to take advantage of me one last time, Bob!!! Never again. I have been with this dealership for over 7 years. They have been really great and awesome. My service contact at Conicelli is Mark Elmore and I just cannot thank him enough for the exceptional service he have been really great and awesome. He make you feel very comfortable and explains everything in detail.Mark and Conicelli is more like a family to me now since we have known each other over so many years. The other day, I had a few questions about my new Car and was worried about it. So, I called Mark to ask him few questions. As always, he responded very quickly and cleared my questions. This is the level of service I expect everywhere to be given to loyal customers. They have raised the service bar again and again. I am really happy that I chose Conicelli to be my service center. Bob Calhoun has managed the service of my 2006 Sequoia for many years and has always tried to be as helpful as possible and never trying to "sell" me unnecessary service or parts. I have had Mark Elmore as my service representative and I cannot begin to tell you how I value his expertise. Every car I have had (3), has been serviced by Conicelli and representative, Mark. I can rest assured that when I bring my car in, I know without a shadow of a doubt, it will be taken care of. Often, I have heard from friends and family about other experiences at their places and I can honestly say, I do not have those issues. My son is also a customer (he owns a Honda Civic) and he goes to Conicelli too! I have several friends & some of my church members go their as well, so I know what I am talking about. This is not "fluff", but it's the "facts!" I am very pleased with Mark and I hope we can continue to have this great relationship! Mark is invaluable and I really appreciate his service!! More

I enjoy the service experience at Conicelli - we've purchased 9 or 10 cars at Conicelli now and are glad the service is as good as the cars. My experience likely differs from most. I'm not reviewing based on my buying experience, anybody can sell a car. What I am rating Conicelli on is their customer service after the sale. I think it is important to mention that we DID have a conflict with our vehicle months after the sale. But what is more important to mention is that Conicelli didn't leave us hanging, even after they got our money and the sale was final. Conicelli EXCEEDED my expectations and went WAY above and beyond to make the situation right. Why is this important? Because anybody can say words... They're cheap. But Conicelli walked the walk. It wasn't just word service, like I'd expect from a car dealership, instead, they took care of their customer. They genuinely cared about their customer and they worked hard to make the situation right, and in the end, that's just what they did. I was amazed. Because of this outstanding customer service experience, I am proud and honored to recommend Conicelli to my family and friends. I don't think they're your typical car dealership. In fact, I know they're not. They're a family of genuinely good people and I cannot say enough about how happy I am with our decision to buy from Conicelli. WE WILL DO FUTURE BUSINESS WITH THEM! More
