My experience with Conicelli and specifically Bob Calhoun has been nothing but outstanding. When I bought my most recent Toyota, I asked to have Bob as my service consultant. The new service center is unreal. Pulling up into the garage - what an experience. I can't believe how much space there is there - free wifi, comfy chairs and so clean! It is truly amazing. Given the newness of the site I was skeptical that it would be efficient but was I wrong! As usual, they are incredibly organized and friendly. They were even done before their estimated time. Needed routine service on two cars and visited the new service center two days in a row. The new customer experience is exceptional and Bob Calhoun was quick, courteous and helpful. The new service facility is absolutely first rate in every respect. Everything was handled promptly, efficiently and courteously. Overall it leaves every other dealer I have used in the dust. I have been a customer of Mark's (Toyota) for years. This is my 3rd vehicle that I have had serviced at Toyota. The new facility is fantastic. State of the Art and so comfortable!! It is plain to see why people keep coming back, I know that I intend too! I was sitting in the customer waiting room and met another customer. As we began to talk, she too has been a loyal customer for years at this same facility for the same reasons as my own. You get excellent service, you do not feel like you are being "ripped off". She even shared with me that she comes all the way from Upper Darby to have her car serviced at this facility and she gets the same questions I get, "why do you go all the way there for your car to be serviced" and we give them the same answer. Because they do an excellent job there and they are consistent with their service! If they tell you that you need something, in all likelihood, you do! My expereince with Mark Elmore has been such a pleasant one. He is a really an asset to your organization. He is knowledgeable, friendly, professional kind and he just "knows his stuff" and I do hope you show your excellent employees (such as Mark) how appreciated they are! Questions are always answered clearly. Mark and the rest of the service team are always friendly and know me by name. Our last 7 vehicles (all purchased from Conicelli) have been serviced here over the last 15 years. The work has always been excellent and I've never had reason to complain. They have told me when I did not need something that I thought I did. Cost of service was lower than estimate and work was done sooner than expected. They have exceeded themselves with the new Service Center that opened in October 2013. The overall experience is even better with the modern spacious waiting area with wireless internet, work spaces, and a separate TV seating area. More
I recently took my car to be serviced. I was surprised when I went to the new service center on Alan Wood Road. WOW!!! It is a very beautiful and customer friendly place. The drive in service area for all customers is first class. Also, the service desks of the service employees are perfect for dealing with a large number of customers. The waiting room was first class and well designed. I loved the valet service and the friendly atmosphere. I have bought 12 cars from Conicelli Toyota over the last 30 years for myself, my wife and children and I appreciate the courtesy, professionalism, and attention that the dealership employees give to me and my family when we bring our cars in for service. I feel good about the people, especially Mark Elmore, who has been my service contact for the last 20 years. He is a first class person and I trust his advice and his handling of my cars. This is probably one of the best places to get your car serviced in the Plymouth Meeting, Conshohocken and Blue Bell Area. I usually work with Mark Elmore and he is an exceptional service person and so are serviced in the Plymouth Meeting, Conshohocken and Blue Bell Area. I usually work with Mark Elmore and he is an exceptional service person and so are the others. He does a great job at understanding my car needs and explains in detail of any major work needs to be done. They are very flexible and will try to accommodate to our schedule as much as possible...Also, the quality of work is outstanding. Once they fix the car, the problem is fixed for once and all.
