I have been using Conecelli Service Department since purchasing my Prius in January 2005. With 165,000 miles on this great car, I have visited the service center every 5,000 miles. The car continues to be a terrific machine and the Conecelli team keeps it in top notch condition. David Schermerhorn provides superior customer service and has just the right balance between professional attention and a friendly and welcoming demeanor. David and his team are the reason that we drive 20 miles for maintenance on this car....and keep on returning with confidence that our car is being cared for well. More
The new service facility is outstanding. I drove into the enclosed reception area and was sent to the near by service desk. Bob Calhoun greeted me in a friendly manner that started the experience. I was there to have my wife's 2005 Corolla inspected. Bob handled the initial paperwork quickly and offered me the new, very comfortable and spacious waiting area. Within a reasonable time Bob found me and announce the state inspection was finished. I was not charged for the state inspection since the vehicle was purchased from the dealer. I even received a senior discount on the emission testing. Bob mentioned that oil change service had been done recently so everything was in order. My car was waiting in the same heated reception area where I left it. The entire event was very pleasant. More
I've owned Toyotas for many years (decades). I purchased a new vehicle from Conicelli four years ago. All service has been done at the dealer's at very reasonable cost. The Corolla has given me no reason to regret the purchase. I attribute that mostly to Luis Rivera and the White Team. Luis has been my contact for the entire four years, and I couldn't be more satisfied. It boils done to trust. I trust Luis to get the service and repairs and replacement parts at a fair price. Pleasantness, helpfulness, and honesty should also be added. Unlike experiences at other places, my trips to Conicelli , including purchase and service, have been nothing like a visit to the dentist. The new service center, which I saw for the first time yesterday, is a gem. Thank you Luis and Conicelli. Looking forward to many years and another new vehicle in the near future. More

Our family is a great believer in the Toyota brand and Conicelli Toyota. Between family members, we own a Camry, Sienna, Highlander and Rav4. We have done business at Conicelli Toyota for several years and always go to them for service. I feel this dealership and two employees in particular deserve recognition and supports the "great" rating I provided. The dealership recently invested in opening a new service center close to their former location. It is a new, state of the art facility complete with a concierge to take your car, beautifully furnished waiting area (including a play room for kids, and convenient location. Luis Rivera is the service lead we contact for appointments and he is outstanding. He knows us, knows our cars, is quick to respond if we do not reach him when calling and really goes out of his way to ensure our needs are met - from scheduling to suggesting things we should consider to keep our vehicles in excellent shape. Steve Klenk is our mechanic and is superb. We have never had a problem with any repair he has made. As importantly, he goes out of his way to communicate anything he feels we should address to avoid future problems and costs. Between Luis and Steve, we feel very secure in the knowledge that our family and cars are in good hands. I cannot recommend this dealership and the two professionals mentioned enough for anyone looking for a dealership they can trust and a great service experience. More
