I thought of vouching him for a long time, and now only the clock struck…‘better late; than never’… Bob’s great personification is the only reason that made me stick with the Conicelli group for the past 14 years. I too handled thousands of customers in various fields over four decades, and I know with just a smile how I achieved my targets and developed businesses rapidly!! My wife Alice bought her first Honda Accord from Conicelli in 1989, and thereafter we continue to shop with Conicelli (Mitsubishi 2000 > Nissan 2006 > Honda 2012 & Toyota 3 vehicles, including a Camry hybrid) for one reason the service we receive from Bob Calhoun, ever since I met him at Conicelli Mitsubishi in September 2000. The worse Service I ever had with this location I was sorely disappointed with the customer service department at Conicelli -Toyota in Conshohocken . I will not be returning to that location. I fel I was sorely disappointed with the customer service department at Conicelli -Toyota in Conshohocken . I will not be returning to that location. I felt intimidated, uneducated, they treated me, unprofessionally. I was made the victim of a cruel and tasteless joke because of low odometer mileage (suggesting maybe my problem was I couldn't get a dated so I stayed at home. That got a lot of laughs from his colleagues. This man had no idea I was a colon cancer and heart patient over the past year. Then I was accused of inadequate falsified insurance coverage. I had a scheduled service appointment, was on time and It took close to 2 and a half hours to just change the oil, rotate the tires and do a computerized diagnostic state inspection. No one told me anything no updates no apologies etc. Additionally, I notice for an organization that prides themselves in being in the forefront of progressive employers. There was not one single woman, minority or disabled vet person as a customer service representative (they call their job title WRITERS) When asked why? I was informed by "a young male writer. That they only hire the most skilled and qualified applicants in customer service. I then proceed to ask him has he ever seen women, the disabled vet, or even minorities interact with customers on this Conshohocken Toyota location? His response was no not here but at other non Toyota dealerships yes. However, he continued to repeatedly inform me only highly qualified customer service applicants are employed by Conicelli it involves team work, education and skill Let is fine but somebody in that organization needs give a refresher course in how to deal with the average everyday run of the mill consumer such as myself. Particularly, with the national Toyota public relations consumer confidence problems at an all time low. Basically which has finally come to light over the past year Due to the faulty brake coverup and the millions they must shell out in fines for deception.Consequently, for a number of reason mainly inadequate customer relations they have lost my respect, confidence and service. When this lease is up I am going elsewhere. More

First let me say your new service areas are EXCELLENT! I have been buying/leasing my cars from Conicelli since we arrived in this area in 1993. When I returned my cars for service, I have had most of my in have been buying/leasing my cars from Conicelli since we arrived in this area in 1993. When I returned my cars for service, I have had most of my interactions with Bob Calhoun. Bob is a courteous, conscientious, knowledgeable and friendly service representative who, in my opinion, is a credit to your company. All of my dealings have really been excellent, which is why I gave those 5 ratings. It is easy at times for a customer to feel unsure of the problems with their car, but I never felt as though I was being required to have service that was in fact not needed. Quite the contrary, I have walked in with an idea of what the problem might be, only to be pleasantly surprised that I was wrong and the repairs either were cheaper or not needed. When something was not right, then I could depend on Bob to find out why and fix it for me. I can only say that when we buy/lease our next vehicle we plan to buy from Conicelli for quality care from the sales to service. More

Bob explains everything in a calm and friendly way and makes the choices clear. I have a lot of confidence in him. He has not steered me wrong anytime over the past decade. In fact, everyone at the service center is polite and helpful. The inspection and service is carried out promptly. Car is ready when promised, without any trash or mechanic's waste. What a great experience! Visited the new service facility for the first time and cannot say enough about how great it is. From not having to worry about a park space, let alone remembering the number, to ha for the first time and cannot say enough about how great it is. From not having to worry about a park space, let alone remembering the number, to having your car valet parked, my initial impression of this upgrade to Conicelli's Toyota Service department was WOW!! My service representative Bob Calhoun, who has always been attentive to my concerns and issues, greeted me with a smile and made the check-in process painless. as usual. The new "lounge" was extremely comfortable and made my wait seem to fly by. Once my service had been completed, Bob came and got me and explained what had been accomplished and walked me over to the cashier and told me where to go to retrieve my vehicle. For what it's worth, dealing with Bob I feel confident that my family is safe knowing that my vehicle has been serviced properly. More
