Bob Calhoun and Toyota Service I have been using Conicelli Toyota service since I purchased my 2006 Corolla. Bob has always been honest with the service that would be done. Recentl I have been using Conicelli Toyota service since I purchased my 2006 Corolla. Bob has always been honest with the service that would be done. Recently my car required over $2000 worth of repairs. Bob advise me of my options and said he could have the car back to me by Saturday. In fact I was able to pick up my car on Friday. When the repairs were done, the price was less than what was quoted. All my car experiences have been stress fee working with Bob. Thank you Bob and the service group for all your help. Luis Rivera is especially a great go-to guy with any questions about what went on or what maybe should happen. He always has a helpful attitude and approach to customer service. More

More importantly when my vehicles require immediate attention he was always able to accommodate my needs and schedule. He is truly an asset to the Conicelli dealership and comes highly recommended as a service technician that you can trust and count on during those times when you need to feel confident that your vehicle's repairs are in the right hands. Prius Panel The panel on our Prius would occasionally turn itself off while we were driving the vehicle. One morning this problem occurred. I called the service The panel on our Prius would occasionally turn itself off while we were driving the vehicle. One morning this problem occurred. I called the service department. They were booked that morning but due to the intermittent nature of the problem they allowed me to come in. When I arrived of course the intermittent problem had resolved itself. Bob Calhoon listened to the symptoms and diagnosed the root cause of the problem. Further he investigated the warranty associated with the vehicle and informed me the repair would be covered. He ordered the part. A week later I returned to the service department for the repair. The Prius runs like a charm. I am so very thankful!! Over the years we've purchased 4 cars from Conicelli. The purchase process has always been smooth but the service brings us back. It's top notch. Thanks again. More
