Service Excellence I've been a long-time customer and I am never disappointed in the service or the people. Bob Calhoun (Orange Team) greets me like a friend, discussin I've been a long-time customer and I am never disappointed in the service or the people. Bob Calhoun (Orange Team) greets me like a friend, discussing my 'visit' to insure everything I need is documented and included on the service sheet. I usually wait for the service so it is so nice the have a friendly, comfortable and clean place to spend the wait time........which, by the way, is never more than expected! When completed, Bob speaks WITH me, not down to or at me. I am treated with respect and friendliness. I walk out of the place feeling 'important'.........something so very different from other services that are necessary in our daily lives. When I need to have service, for whatever reason, there is no stress or angst involved in the process. Everyone involved - admins, service reps, etc. - are exceptional. I cannot thank you enough for the superb experience............every time. PS - love my car! More

They dammaged my car and won't pay for it Brought my car in for a recall and service (oil change and tire rotation). When I got my car back my the cup holder opener latch on my arm rest was br Brought my car in for a recall and service (oil change and tire rotation). When I got my car back my the cup holder opener latch on my arm rest was broke. They told me that they talked to the mechanics and they said they "didn't touch that". They also said they are not responsible for the valets that they require you to use when dropping your car off because they are contracted out from another company. The refused to replace the latch that was broken while the car was in their possession. I spent around $2,000 with them in my history and regret every dollar. Don't go here if you want to pay for the damages they cause and deny. More

70 K Maintenance It was easy to make an appointment and get the time I wanted. Everyone was very efficient. When I arrived, what was to be done was discussed complet It was easy to make an appointment and get the time I wanted. Everyone was very efficient. When I arrived, what was to be done was discussed completely. My advisor, Jesse Barksdale, reported on the progress as the work progressed and explained in detail what was being done. A recall maintenance was completed at the same time. The work was done in the time they estimated. The price was fair. The waiting room is extremely comfortable and coffee is provided. There are comfy chairs and tables and counters for computer users. There is a courtesy transport van to take you home and pick you up when the work on your car takes a long time. More

Exceptional Experience! I was nervous regarding my first scheduled maintenance secondary to a prior issue I had with the initial purchase, but Mr. Bucher and Mr. Schamerhorn I was nervous regarding my first scheduled maintenance secondary to a prior issue I had with the initial purchase, but Mr. Bucher and Mr. Schamerhorn took good care of my car :-). The facility is well equipped, comfortable, bright, clean and spacious. Mr. Bob Calhoun was exceptional! He came out to reassure me I was on target with my visit and scheduled maintenance. Bob explained what was done at the current visit as well as the plan for my next. He also set me up with my next appointment and explained I should call to move up the appointment if I hit the mileage early, even noting the information so I would not forget. Mr. Calhoun provided me with outstanding customer service and I left feeling confident in the service department. I am deeply appreciative. I am a registered nurse in a cancer center with a large extended family who I help care for. It is rare when I am graced with the care and compassion I try to give to others. The responsiveness of both the service and sales department is enough to keep me as a loyal customer if we continue to build upon positive experiences like this! More
Exceeded expectations! When I started noticing a noise coming from the rear of my Toyota Prius on Christmas eve, I called to make a service appointment. The earliest appt w When I started noticing a noise coming from the rear of my Toyota Prius on Christmas eve, I called to make a service appointment. The earliest appt was the following Tuesday. Since I didn't want to take a chance driving it around, I dropped off the car on Sunday night. To my surprise, I got a call from Luis Rivera around 9:30 am Monday morning. Not only did they get my car in a day earlier than expected, but Luis told me that the problem was only minor and I didn't need new brakes as I anticipated. He also told me that he noticed a nail in a front tire sidewall and that I should take it back to where I bought it so that it could be replaced. No hard sell on the tires, no hard sell on a brake job. What I got was an honest assessment and solid advice. To top it off, I wasn't even charged for the service! Tremendous thanks to the crew at Conicelli for not taking advantage of their customers like so many dealers do. More
