A Thanksgiving fix that went well We have been using Conicelli Toyota for more than a decade (buying as well as servicing) and have been very appreciative of the excellent customer ser We have been using Conicelli Toyota for more than a decade (buying as well as servicing) and have been very appreciative of the excellent customer service as well as the servicing of our Toyota Avalons (we've had a 1996, a 2000, and currently have two 2006 Avalons). We often work with Bob Calhoun when we are checking in and checking out, and always know he will take good care of us and our cars. This Thanksgiving weekend was no exception, when our sons 2006 Avalon was having issues with his battery when he started to drive home from college. He replaced his battery, and after an hour of driving noticed the dashboard lights were dimming and by some grace was able to drive the remaining 20 minutes onto our street before the car lost the headlights as well. We were able to tow the car in on Wednesday afternoon, and Bob Calhoun, was able to squeeze our car in for a check up before the technician left for Thanksgiving, and was able to order the new alternator so the car could be serviced on Friday, so our son will be able to drive it back to college. Thank you Bob! And thank you to the technician who fixed it. We really appreciated this fix (we don't have many emergencies with our Toyota Avalons but it was nice to know we could rely on the Conicelli guys when we do! More

Very happy with service department I have been treated very well on my several trips to Conshy Toyota for service I take 2 toyotas there for service and purchased both cars at Conicelli I have been treated very well on my several trips to Conshy Toyota for service I take 2 toyotas there for service and purchased both cars at Conicelli dealerships. . It always goes as well as i expect or better and this past time I feel like I replaced 4 tires on my RAV4 at a very good price, prompting me to write this review. I had the car inspected, oil changed, 4 new tires. and 2 recalls resolved in under 4 hours. I used their shuttle service to get dropped at the mall and they called as repairs were wrapping up and picked me back up without delay. They are unlike the Toyota dealer much closer to my home that pressures me to authorize additional repairs, plus has generally higher pricing. I think Conshy Toyota service is low-key and I appreciate how they treat the customer. The entire process is easy and the service people are respectful and communicate very well. I think they work very hard to maintain the excellent reputation that you see in nearly all of their reviews. More

Nice stuff but completely overpriced repair cost. I had bought this Toyota Rav4 2011 model from Conicelli Toyota in 2014 with a price tag of aprrox 20K. It had around 22K miles when I bought it. Now a I had bought this Toyota Rav4 2011 model from Conicelli Toyota in 2014 with a price tag of aprrox 20K. It had around 22K miles when I bought it. Now after 2 years, it has 35K miles (less than 7K miles per year) The vehicle runs great but after purchase I had to spent around 400 USD for check engine within first 6 months. After repair my check engine light went on again in 3 days and they told me that this time it is because of the other catalytic converter. Once I argued, they did this for free. Today I went there for state inspection and they came up with Left Rear shocker issue and they charged 230 for labor and around 50 for parts. I had also requested them to resurface the front break rotor and change the break pads, so another 200 USD for labor and 63 for parts. With oil change, inspection and these 2 works I paid total 666.36 USD and 518.USD for labor alone. They called me at 1:32 PM (from 610 825 7128 to my number 484-868-7748) for asking for my permission to replace the shocker. I also authorized replacing the break pads. They called me once again at 3:42 PM letting me know that my vehicle is ready. So they had spent maximum 2 hours for actual repair work and charged 518 USD, which makes the hourly rate of 259 USD for labor and I consider it too high as per national standard. (as per Quora, the national labor rate for Toyota Dealership is between 80 to 125 per hour). That makes me unhappy customer because I am incurring cost on this vehicle again and again. More
Great Toyota Service I really like getting my car, a 2008 Corolla, inspected and fixed here at Conicelli Toyota. I bought my car here and I get it fixed here. They explain everything to be done and only fix what needs to be fixed. The price is fair and the service department reps and the mechanics are great at their jobs. I could go to a Toyota dealer closer to me but I would rather drive to Conicelli Toyota for known great work. More
