On January 2nd 2020 I stopped into the Conicelli service department and I needed help to get my 8th seat back in place and also to learn how to take it in and out appropriately we recently had a family day department and I needed help to get my 8th seat back in place and also to learn how to take it in and out appropriately we recently had a family day trip and it was a bit challenging to use the eighth seat. Tim Santo was very helpful even though I didn't have an appointment he showed me how to get the seat out and and in, and checked to make sure that it wasn't damaged in any way which was wonderful to know I really appreciated his help an assistance took the worry off my mind with using the seat and also being a sure that it wasn't broken. More
Service with both of us smiling If you leave a car service center feeling better than when you went in, they're doing something right. When you're able to schedule online the night If you leave a car service center feeling better than when you went in, they're doing something right. When you're able to schedule online the night before, get almost as much work done as when in the office while you wait, and they stick to what they quoted but error on the side of adding value, they're doing everything right. This is our second car from Conicelli and, while the sales department is great, too, the service center is was my main reason for being a return customer. These folks get it: customer loyalty is so much more important and valuable in the long run than the quick buck. I recommend Conicelli to anyone who wants to be treated with respect, values their time, and values their hard earned dollars. More

service dept I have been recieving a number of emails from Toyota about it is time to set up my appointment for my complimentary Toyota care service. So I did figu I have been recieving a number of emails from Toyota about it is time to set up my appointment for my complimentary Toyota care service. So I did figuring it was close to the time. I set it up online. But there is no spot to check off for the service. So I wrote in the space marked other. I also added a second note about a vibrating noise from the dashboard. I dropped my truck off the night before and wrote on the envelope the same note as the online appointment. Got a call the truck was ready. They found the cause of vibration and fixed. At that point I assumed that the Toyota Care service was done too. it wasn't. Went to pick up the truck and the service guy was nice and explained all about fixing the vibration noise. I asked about Toyota Care and looked at me like he didn't know what I meant. It seemed that no one read my note correctly and focused only on the second part of note. I don't think anyone realized that I set the appointment online and didn't read that note. My phone number was listed and if they didn't understand what I meant about Toyota Care they could have called and asked me. The guy at the counter offered if I had time to wait he would try to get done what I originally asked for, but I had to go. Also the guy at the counter explained that emails about setting up service appointments come a 3rd party. It say Toyota on them how am I to know that. So not really happy about my service appointment. More
Best service ever! Excellent service! From reception to checkout, the staff is efficient, kind and receptive. They clearly value their work AND the customer. The waiting Excellent service! The waiting room is most pleasant, clean, comfortable and customer oriented - a TV, leather couches and chairs, a refreshment area, a quiet area and even a children’s room. Conicelli has it down! Luis Rivera is one of the best service representatives. I purchased a new 2018 Camry last year. This was my third vehicle from Conicelli. I was told I would have a new representative. I was totally unhappy I purchased a new 2018 Camry last year. This was my third vehicle from Conicelli. I was told I would have a new representative. I was totally unhappy with that. I insisted on staying with Luis and was accommodated. He is kind, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. My husband is not the most pleasant man in the world and Luis was able to charm him. That says a lot. I love my service experience at Conicelli Conshohocken. Actually all of your representatives at this facility are a great group of people. You should be proud to have employed such a great staff. More
