Mark Elmore, Service Manager, was extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable a he helped me exchange my car for a 2021 Camry due to the recall of my 2018 Camry. I had a leak in my roof that left a puddle under the pedals. They couldn't fix the issue and they said they tried to replicate the problem. Charged me a service fee. Went to another Toyota dealership an pedals. They couldn't fix the issue and they said they tried to replicate the problem. Charged me a service fee. Went to another Toyota dealership and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it for free under warrantee! Don't go here. They won't take good care of you! More

On January 2nd 2020 I stopped into the Conicelli service department and I needed help to get my 8th seat back in place and also to learn how to take it in and out appropriately we recently had a family day department and I needed help to get my 8th seat back in place and also to learn how to take it in and out appropriately we recently had a family day trip and it was a bit challenging to use the eighth seat. Tim Santo was very helpful even though I didn't have an appointment he showed me how to get the seat out and and in, and checked to make sure that it wasn't damaged in any way which was wonderful to know I really appreciated his help an assistance took the worry off my mind with using the seat and also being a sure that it wasn't broken. More
