My husband and I have dealt with Conicelli of Conshohocken for many years and were always very pleased with the sales as well as the maintenance department. After my husband died I was nervous about buying and caring for my Avalon because that was his department. Paul Smith sold me my car and was very transparent with the costs, steering me in the right direction with everything. I fell in love with my white Avalon with luggage interior, and bought it off the floor. There was a problem syncing my car and my phone….. It was a lucky day when Mark Elmore assigned Tim Santo to help me with the technology. He quickly fixed the issue and has helped me with everything ever since. I had a leak in my roof that left a puddle under the pedals. They couldn't fix the issue and they said they tried to replicate the problem. Charged me a service fee.
