I gave the rating that I did because I had a WONDERFUL experience at the dealership working with Hasaan Ricks and his "russian accented" finance manager! lol! I was able to get the car I really wanted, and I was doubtful that I could get approved due to my low credit score, but Hasaan promised me that he could make it happen and he did! I drove hours, from NJ just to see if I could get approved in the car of my dreams and.... Mr. Hasaan Ricks was a man of his word and "voila" magic... I was driving off the lot same day in my brand new toyota 2014 camry!!!! So thrilled! Couldn't have asked for anything more! This car is wonderful, and has the 100,000 mile warranty... free regular services...and well.... it's a TOYOTA! Supercar right???? lol I enjoyed Mr. Ricks patience, his ability to assist me and answer every question that I had... and I had a LOT!!! lol! I thought the whole experience was great! The finance manager was funny too... and I found out that he would be able to make sure that my NJ plates could come in the mail, and how that whole thing would work with me getting the car in Philly... he was able to make the deal work out smoothly... and all the rebates and cashback so that I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket for anything like transfer tag fees, etc... very cool! Well, if you are in the market for a car... have good or bad credit and want a wonderful deal with great customer service... SHOP at this toyota dealership and ask for Hasaan Ricks! You will not be disappointed at all! I guarantee it! He even will give you his personal cell for any questions you may have after the deal is done..... so you don't have to worry! Bob is a courteous, conscientious, knowledgeable and friendly service representative who, in my opinion, is a credit to your company. All of my dealings have really been excellent, which is why I gave those 5 ratings. It is easy at times for a customer to feel unsure of the problems with their car, but I never felt as though I was being required to have service that was in fact not needed. Quite the contrary, I have walked in with an idea of what the problem might be, only to be pleasantly surprised that I was wrong and the repairs either were cheaper or not needed. When something was not right, then I could depend on Bob to find out why and fix it for me. I can only say that when we buy/lease our next vehicle we plan to buy from Conicelli for quality care from the sales to service. More

Although Frank mainly sells Toyota, he has helped us once again with a new Honda purchase. We returned to Frank because of his friendliness, knowledge of the product he sells as well as his knowledge and ex again with a new Honda purchase. My husband's 10 year old truck was in much need of expensive repairs which just was not cost effective with a 10 year old vehicle. Needless to say, this was a purchase we had to make now and not wait until the end of the summer as we had planned. Frank got us the car we wanted, down to the color. He was patient during the test drive, answering questions, pointing out features that were new to this model Pilot we wanted, but were considered additions 10 years ago.
