I am so grateul for the guys who service my Lexus at Conicelli. Since purchasing my car almost three years ago, I have been blessed to bring my car in for service before I had any major problems. Bob Ca Conicelli. Since purchasing my car almost three years ago, I have been blessed to bring my car in for service before I had any major problems. Bob Calhoun is always courteous and considerate and always explains what's going on with my car and makes sure I get a rental if a part is needed and/or not available or if it will take additional time to repair. I have only had one concern and that is I never received my owner's manual and it has been somewhat frustrating at times trying to figure out some things about the car. I applied for it through Conicelli and Lexus dealership and three years later I still don't have one. I just gave it. God Bless Conicelli and May You Have Many More Years of Success. More

We know the sale people and feel relaxed with them - no high pressure, informative and freindly. I have taken friend to the dealership and they are treated the same - fair and honest. When I go to the dealership I only deal with Ray - Sales Manager, he knows what I like and don't like. I have driven a Toyota for 30+ years. My first sales person is now the GM at Conicelli (Michael Hammond). This relationship has been forged over many years of trust. We my husband and I, know the service department. We only take our cars to the dealer for service Service department is great to deal with. We like being assigned to one person! (Bob - Orange Team "the best") Bob knows us - he knows our cars and understand our needs. Bob is friendly and helpful. He explains all the issues with the car and makes recommendation to what services should be done. Thurman (Michael) - knows our cars - he has repaired our cars over the years, we will not use any other mechanic. For example - we were doing our normal service oil change, tire etc.. and Michael noted that I was going to need tires before the winter set in, he didn't think they would be good if it snowed. So at the time of service I had him put a new tires on the car. That showed me that not only was he doing his job but he was also concern for my safety later in the season. Thats what a good, no great mechanic should do - Keep the customer informed about the condition of the car. Thank you More
We have bought three Toyotas from Conicelli in Conshohocken due in no small part to their terrific service. We will buy our 4th Toyota there within the next 2 years. Their service has kept my cars running in tip top shape, the service is performed within the time frame stated before the car is dropped off and the service is performed at reasonable cost. My last service required a few hours so a loaner was made available at no cost. I can schedule appointments at my convenience. I am made to feel very welcome by highly knowledgeable ( and competent) people More
Conicelli is one of the best dealerships I have ever worked with. My initial contact was via the internet and they were very responsive. At the conclusion of my wife and my purchase, thier follow-up w worked with. My initial contact was via the internet and they were very responsive. At the conclusion of my wife and my purchase, thier follow-up was also excellent. I even heard back from one of the Conicelli family owner/managers. They have a great vehicle selection; the sales person, England Williams, was very professional, knowledgeable and made the entire buying experience very stress free. England and the General Manager, Glenn Beck, worked with us to get a great price and a great value. The Finance Director, Tony, was also terrific. He was efficient and also very easy to work with. I highly reccomend this dealership - they have an honest and straightforward way of working with customers. They helped my wife and I get what we wanted and a great value! Thier logo is "Conicelli - A nice place to do business" and they hold true to that! I highly reccomend this dealership!! More
I have had nothing but positive experiences with Conicelli, both in sales and service of my 2005 Camry. Normally, I hate car dealers, but I find that Conicelli is really a nice place to do business, and no, I don't work there. But I am a marketing professional who specializes in the customer brand experience, so I know about customer relationships. I am puzzled by the negative ratings here. The service department has always been gracious, friendly, honest and helpful. They help me try to save money and don't look for ways to screw me, which other dealers do. Any maintenance and repairs has always been done well with no problems. I also like the flexibility of the scheduling. For most things, I can make an appointment for a specific time of my convenience if I want to and wait for my car instead of having to drop it off and leave it for the day. If there's something that does require leaving it for the day, and I need a car, they have provided a loaner. After a certain number of regular maintenances, I got a free detail. Eric took great care of me and I was sorry to see him go. Ray was nice too. And Mickey is also nice and helpful. I also like knowing that the same guys work on my car each time. I have unfortunately had the occasion to also use the Conicaelli body shop when someone hit me. The work was high quality, they dealt with my insurance company promptly and my car was ready 2 days earlier than they had promised. Both the body shop and the service center are clean. As for sales, Conicelli was the the first pleasant experience buying a car as well. I did my homework beforehand with Edmunds.com on what the dealer cost of the car and accessories were and came in with a fair offer over the dealer cost. Ray, the GM and Fahd, the salesman, not only said okay, they told me about a $500.00 factory rebate that was going on that would result in me getting the car for dealer cost. It wasn't something I would have known to ask, so they saved me money. I also wanted a specific color with moonroof. They didn't have it, but were able to get it within a week. I would definitely buy from them again. Conicelli believes in treating customers well, but like any business, they may hire the wrong people who have learned car sales from a not-so-good dealer. Those types don't last at Conicelli. I recommend if you have a problem, tell Ray and ask for a different salesperson. I recommend Conicelli highly. My sister and several friends bought their cars from Conicelli and also had a good experience. More
I will never buy another Toyota from Conicelli or any other Toyota dealer for that matter just because of the simple fact that this establishment is still in business. I purchased my first Toyota there a other Toyota dealer for that matter just because of the simple fact that this establishment is still in business. I purchased my first Toyota there at a time where I was forced to purchase a new car. I bought the most reliable economical car within my price range. My sales person back then was totally condescending and I guess since I'm a young female, he basically took advantage of the fact that I needed a car and I was willing to be taken advantage of since I was in desperation. I decided to give Conicelli another try since I thought it was just that particular sales person. I was ready to trade up and buy a larger automobile so I went there looking for help and a fair deal. After driving a decent SUV and looking on the lot with the sales person who only had interest in showing me 2 cars (I wanted to see all my options which I repeated about 5 times) I sat down with him to talk numbers. He went and spoke to his "manager" who offered me $2500 less than what my trade-in was worth and wasn't willing to negotiate the sticker price. Myself, looking bewildered at the numbers he was pulling out considering I did all my due diligence on the matter, still apparently sat there looking like a young woman who could be taken advantage of like the first go-round at the dealership. I'm sorry that I'm a 30 year old woman who looks 21 (I definitely don't have any issues with that) but apparently the sales people at Conicelli are all the same. I wound up laughing at the sales person after a couple of back and forths about trade-in values and the price of the vehicle and left. The day prior I had gone to several other dealerships who offered me the fair price for my trade-in and were interested in helping me find the right car for my needs. I will never go back to Conicelli and will never refer anyone there since I felt as if I was treated unfairly and like a child. Anyone who reads this - DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM CONICELLI. Nobody should make a person feel the way I felt at that dealership and I actually wound up purchasing a nicer Volvo anyway. More
Dealer gave me a price on an SUV, when I agreed to it, his manager came over and told me that price was too low and they wouldn't make any money off it. They then raised the price by $1000. He then offere his manager came over and told me that price was too low and they wouldn't make any money off it. They then raised the price by $1000. He then offered me a "deal" on another SUV, saying he would cut $3000 off the sticker price just becuase he felt bad about what had happened. When I got home to research that SUV, the "deal" price was the quoted price on the website. I will never go back there, they are slimey. Be caseful. More
I would recommend this dealership out of all in the area. The salesman that I delt with was very knowledgeable about the product. He took me on a test drive and explained the whole car as we were driving. The salesman that I delt with was very knowledgeable about the product.
