This was my second purchase from Conicelli. Unfortunately, I had an accident and totaled that car. Because of the great work Nate did for me the first time, I decided to go back to him this time. Again, he went out of his way, looking at all the options available to me, and he found another great deal for me. When the car was prepared for me to pick up, I happened to notice that the front bumper had a blemish on the paint. He arranged to have the bumper painted, and some other minor scratches buffed out. He made a very stressful time for me almost painless. THANKS, NATE!!! More
Terrible dealership, condensending staff. Really wanted to purchase a Toyota Corolla, but couldn't get a straight answer. I left and they called me and kept pestering me about buying a car. I just wanted a straght answer...how much the car would cost. Kept getting double talk. Decided to go to Conicelli Honda to look at Civic's and got the same condesending treatment. They treat you like you have no idea what is going on; did get a price for a Civic, when I tried to negotiate, their response was take it or leave it, if you don't buy the car, someone else will. I was very serious about buying a Toyota or a Honda and was treated like a child who knew nothing about the car buying experience. I left and went to a VW dealership and purchased a vehilce the next day. I will never consider Conicelli even though I think Toyota's and Honda's are great cars. More

After making a decision on buying a new car, I went to this dealership. I had a 2008 Mazda Tribute and was not happy with it. I got a great deal on a lease on my car and everything was handled in the time frame I needed it to be. When the car I originally wanted wasn't available, they were able to work out a deal for me so that was handled in the time frame I needed it to be. We bought out our lease from these guys and had a good experience with them. Their financing rates were a little disappointing, but we didn't really have much else of a choice. Mr Jim Schwartz is the finance guy at the dealership and he was immensely helpful to me. Even though it was almost after hours, he went out of his way to call insurance companies to ensure that I could driv he was immensely helpful to me. Even though it was almost after hours, he went out of his way to call insurance companies to ensure that I could drive my car home with me that same day. He went out on a limb to ensure that the deal was sealed even though I had some issues with my out-of-state i.d. He is a great guy and definitely exemplifies that at Conicelli, "its a nice place to do business". More
When contacted through the internet, this was one of few dealers that actually gave us some numbers. They worked with us over the phone and gave us an incredible price on a lease for a Rav 4. When we visited the dealership to test drive, the car was prepped and ready to go. Paperwork is always time-consuming but their lounge area (complete with child playroom) was relaxing. They even had free snacks and beverages for everyone. In all, the experience was great. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, and customer-service driven. We will definietly consider leasing another vehicle from this dealership! More

I bought my 2000 4Runner Ltd from these guys back in 2005. I've taken it in for service a number of times. Today I had it in for service as I was getting a vibration @ 60+ and squealing from the left 2005. I've taken it in for service a number of times. Today I had it in for service as I was getting a vibration @ 60+ and squealing from the left side wheel area. They fixed the squealing (frt brks) and free of charge fixed the balance of my frt tires. While they need to work on their customer area (dirty bathrooms, no soap, dirty mechanics fumbling with the coffee machine that's for customers), I cannot say anything bad at all about what really counts - the fix and good service. The guy that saw me out took his time explaining everything and put my concerns to rest. Finally, brought the 4Runner out onto the highway and it was like the day I bought it (55k+ miles ago.). They're not the most polished by they've never failed in many visits to do what they're supposed to do - they listen pretty well, explain everything with no pressure to get more optional service, and fix the car the first time and get you back on the road.
