Actually he addressed everything in detail and he made sure I understood everything as well. He was very patient with us, never rushed us. He called and followed-up with me to address any new questions or concerns I had. He showed us a few models to help address our needs, and surpassed my expectations in doing so. He made this process so easy. I explained how we would be bringing our first child home form the hospital in this car, and still needed enough room for our boxer, Tony. He took his time, showed us our options. He honestly told us what we would and would not need, and helped us in making this decision. After this experience I would not go to anyone else.
