She came in a throughly explained my options. This was done in a very pleasant manor and made me feel like she was concerned about my satisfaction. I booked the scheduled interval maintenance for my specific cars mileage on their website a month in advance. On the day of service the Service Manager said they can only do an oil change and not the specific cars mileage on their website a month in advance. On the day of service the Service Manager said they can only do an oil change and not the proper maintenance that’s listed on their website and the owner’s manual of my car. He then attempted to sell me a windshield treatment as if it was more important than the preventative maintenance… This is the 2nd time this has happened. Also found several dirt smudges on the hood. Not sure if they are short staffed and/or inexperienced but I will not be coming back to Conicelli More
The experience for the purchase was great, but that's where it ended. Trying to contact someone for service is impossible. I've called repeatedly trying to get a person on the phone so I can get my rims fixed. I bought the wheel insurance from them, but I can't use it because they won't call me back. The last time I made an appointment I was told I would have to come back on a Thursday and leave the car for at least the day. I was hoping to get my regular service done at the same time, but again, they don't call me back and it's been over a week since I've left message and wrote them through the Hyundai app. Not sure what's going on, but I'm at their mercy, so I guess I'll have to play by their rules. I'll update if I ever get a call back. More
Hello all, Keith Glass here. I was just in for a 30,000 mi service on my '18 Tuscon SE awd at Conicelli Hyundai and worked with serv. person PJ. All went well as was able to use I was just in for a 30,000 mi service on my '18 Tuscon SE awd at Conicelli Hyundai and worked with serv. person PJ. All went well as was able to use service coupons towards the normal service charge price. I handle the filters, gas additive and they worked with me. They did all the inspections and the rest as well as my request to check brakes. As had sounds of squeal and grinding but all ok. I dropped off veh. but got call back with in 2 hrs and I could have waited. also requested my depth of tread on tires and brake pads depth. I spoke with Pat McGarry - Serv. mngr. and said hello who I have also e-mailed in the past. Thank you very much and have a great Memorial holiday long w/e and remembering any and all. KHG More

After months of trying to get warrantied service to fix paint problems on my special edition Ironman Kona, I finally got my car back and it is BROKEN. Never mind the fact that you returned the car with zer paint problems on my special edition Ironman Kona, I finally got my car back and it is BROKEN. Never mind the fact that you returned the car with zero gas in it and didn't bother washing it. The front passenger door lock now only works manually. Maybe that has something to do with the multiple panic alarms I received while my car was in Conicelli's hands? Who knows? Any communication I've gotten through this 3+ month odyssey has only been as a result of me following up on promised-but-never-made return calls. The only reason I will ever deal with Conicelli again is for the warranty service I have through the dealership and not through Hyundai. ZERO STARS. More

I returned my lease to this employee. He tried to tell me my newly installed bumper was terrible, and It would be a $1500 charge minimum. He wanted to make it out that the car would cost me so much to turn i my newly installed bumper was terrible, and It would be a $1500 charge minimum. He wanted to make it out that the car would cost me so much to turn in, that I should keep it. I returned my car to him on 7/24/2020 yet somehow Toyota records it returned on 8/10/2020. In those 16 days, my car taillight was broken, and a tire went flat. Mr. Fahd Alfie did apparently not process any of my excessive damage claims that should have been covered. I'm not surprised, as he did not respond to my email, he was also not happy to help when I asked for a screwdriver to retrieve my license plate. Of the $1900 on repairs charged by the lease, $450 were my responsibly; the rest should have been covered or were fraudulent. The entire process felt scummy from the start, and now that I'm getting this information, I'm livid. I would stay as far away from this guy. More
I’ve had the worst experience here. I came with a issue that wasn’t resolved and had to comeback only to be charged more money for the same thing that I already paid for, highway robbery.
