After months of trying to get warrantied service to fix paint problems on my special edition Ironman Kona, I finally got my car back and it is BROKEN. Never mind the fact that you returned the car with zer paint problems on my special edition Ironman Kona, I finally got my car back and it is BROKEN. Never mind the fact that you returned the car with zero gas in it and didn't bother washing it. The front passenger door lock now only works manually. Maybe that has something to do with the multiple panic alarms I received while my car was in Conicelli's hands? Who knows? Any communication I've gotten through this 3+ month odyssey has only been as a result of me following up on promised-but-never-made return calls. The only reason I will ever deal with Conicelli again is for the warranty service I have through the dealership and not through Hyundai. ZERO STARS. More

I returned my lease to this employee. He tried to tell me my newly installed bumper was terrible, and It would be a $1500 charge minimum. He wanted to make it out that the car would cost me so much to turn i my newly installed bumper was terrible, and It would be a $1500 charge minimum. He wanted to make it out that the car would cost me so much to turn in, that I should keep it. I returned my car to him on 7/24/2020 yet somehow Toyota records it returned on 8/10/2020. In those 16 days, my car taillight was broken, and a tire went flat. Mr. Fahd Alfie did apparently not process any of my excessive damage claims that should have been covered. I'm not surprised, as he did not respond to my email, he was also not happy to help when I asked for a screwdriver to retrieve my license plate. Of the $1900 on repairs charged by the lease, $450 were my responsibly; the rest should have been covered or were fraudulent. The entire process felt scummy from the start, and now that I'm getting this information, I'm livid. I would stay as far away from this guy. More
I’ve had the worst experience here. I came with a issue that wasn’t resolved and had to comeback only to be charged more money for the same thing that I already paid for, highway robbery. I responded asking why a VIN was now required since it wasn't required at the time of purchase. I received no response. A day later my order was canceled. More
