This in reference to the excellent service I received from Conicelli Hyundai. My salesperson was courteous to my family and the dealership was supportive and encouraging. I want to thank Conicelli Hyunda from Conicelli Hyundai. My salesperson was courteous to my family and the dealership was supportive and encouraging. I want to thank Conicelli Hyundai and Salesperson Nate for the deal I received and for the service they provided. Both were outstanding. Now that I have had my vehicle for a week I am convinced that I not only made the right decisin about my vehicle, but about the dealership as well. More

We arrived at the showroom with 2 kids and car seats to look at the Hyundai Sonata on July 4th. We were there for 10 minutes and no sales person approached us. So we went to the reception to "sign in" and look at the Hyundai Sonata on July 4th. We were there for 10 minutes and no sales person approached us. So we went to the reception to "sign in" and waited for another 10 minutes. By that time, we were so irritated to wait anymore that we politely told the receptionist that we were going to leave. She immediately paged someone so we waited for another minute and then we walked out. During this whole time, I saw sales people walking around, not overly occupied. I am dumbfounded. I find their service very poor and I would not want to deal with a dealer with such poor attitude. This has left such a sour taste that I don't even want to look at a Hyundai anymore. More
I was fearful because it was my first time shopping for a car without my father or brothers. Yusef was funny and helpful I thought I wouldn't leave with a car that day but I did and I love my sonata. car without my father or brothers. The worst dealer i have ever been to. I went there to buy a 2011 BMW and 2003 Hummer H2 with 32k miles that they described as in perfect condition. After talking to several employees on the phone to make sur a 2011 BMW and 2003 Hummer H2 with 32k miles that they described as in perfect condition. After talking to several employees on the phone to make sure no surprises prior driving 3 hours, they assured me its a perfect truck. Long story short, i get to the dealership and of course the hummer was not available. They claimed the truck was being detailed. I test drove the BMW and of course the price they have listed on the internet of $41000 at the dealer became $44500. The Hummer H2 was a disaster. They had it listed for 21995 which is way overpriced but the funny thing is that the speedometer does not work, the suspension is bad, need brakes and rotors badly, all 4 tires need to be replaced and of course allignment. I couldn't even test drive the truck because evertime you make a turn, it keep going straight. The sales rep told me that they could replace the brakes and rotors and tires but the price of the verhicle will be 25900 now. What a joke. 2006 hummers are being sold for way less. I drove a 2009 Chevrolet corvette with 22k miles on it in perfect condition. THe dealer trade in appraisal was $26750. I was offered $35000 and more by 3 other dealers. keep in mind, they are selling the same car but a 2008 for over $40000. The manager came out and was trying to scam me and convince me that my trade in price is fair. He didn't even appologize for the 2 hours i drove for broken hummer.I just told him that you insult my inteligence and i drove out. Overall this experience was a disaster, i would never go back or recommend anyone to buy from this place Conicelli Huyndai More

We went to two Conicelli dealerships (Toyota & Hyundai). We went to Hyundai first and the sales rep was too busy and basically told us to sit tight in fact he asked us to sign an insurance waiver Hyundai). We went to Hyundai first and the sales rep was too busy and basically told us to sit tight in fact he asked us to sign an insurance waiver so he could hand us keys to a car to look at so he could attend to other customers. We decided to go over to Toyota next. At that point our total experience was excellent. The sales rep took care of us very well and he said he could do the same at the Hyundai dealership because it is part of the same group. We worked wit Mike Shulski and our entire experience went very well. More
My first new car purchase and it couldn't have gone better. I love the car, Chris and Oliver were great (even when I put out low ball offers), very professional. You could buy a car somewhere else but better. I love the car, Chris and Oliver were great (even when I put out low ball offers), very professional. I have extensive experience with Conicelli having purchased two cars from them, using their service department, and recently considering a 3rd car purchase from them. I thought the dealership was ab purchased two cars from them, using their service department, and recently considering a 3rd car purchase from them. I thought the dealership was about average until the purchase of my 2nd vehicle, a Hyundai Elantra, a few years ago. When negotiating the price, everything went very smoothly up until the very end when I was ushered into the finance managers office and pressured to purchase a maintenance package intended to cover all "dealer" recommended maintenance for a period of years. The "discounted" cost of the package appeared to greatly exceed what I would expect to pay for manufacturer recommended maintenance only. I declined of course, but it left a bad impression on me. The next red flag occurred when I took the car in for service and specifically stated that I wanted an oil change and filter only (as recommended by Hyundai). The Service rep ignored my request and automatically performed a 7,500 mile checkup which was far more extensive and costly then I expected. When I protested, the charge was adjusted, but the service rep seemed annoyed at having to do so. About a year later I had an air bag light come on. I brought up the problem when having my oil change done and was told the part would be ordered. After a few months without being notified of the parts arrival, I called back and there was no record of the order. I asked for it to be reordered, and the same thing happened again. Finally I contacted the service manager and he identified and rectified the problem. Recently I went into the sales department to purchase a new vehicle. As a military member I used USAA car buying service to obtain 3 fixed price quotes for my vehicle of choice. Conicelli came out with the highest quote. When Conicelli contacted me, I informed them of this and they agreed to match any competitor offer if I would bring in the written documentation which I did. However, after having my trade in evaluated, the salesman came back with a pricing workup which did not include the match. In addition, they seriously understated the trade in value of my car. I had previously researched black book, Kelly Blue book etc.. and knew a ballpark figure of what my trade would be worth. I should mention on the day I came in Conicelli was having a special sale for former customers only. The letter I received specifically promised aggressive values will be offered for your trade. Well, that was it for me. The people at Conicelli may advertise they are nice, but beware of what is behind those smiles. More
