No pressure, no pitch, I told him what I was after and he delivered and then some, and on time as he promised. He worked nonstop until I was completely satisfied. He even followed up with me while I was out of town to be sure I was happy and satisfied with the price, service and my personal preferences. I felt like family, as if I was getting some special treatment, I kid you not! That's how Rob and all the others at Conicelli operate. Then there is Joe Fina, another major reason that I completely enjoyed the buying experience. He explained the car, the options for extended warranty plans and other offerings and was very real about my needs, and again, no hype! And Lenny Scarnato did some stuff to help us find the best rate and payment methods to finish the deal. He offered a number of financial options that served my family’s financials and presented it all with a very straightforward approach, non-threatening and to the point, all that with no pressure, another really great guy! And the topper to the day before my wife drove off in our new 2014 Santa Fe was when Rob and Joe took my 2011 Elantra to remedy a cosmetic issue which I was not happy with from when it was new. The dealer I bought it from in 2011 put some useless silly trim rubber strips on the door edges and wheel wells and charged me for them, which by the way I never asked for. All I did was express my dislike and Rob and Joe offered to have their Service Department Technicians remove it all, and they did right on the spot, no charge! And this is why you need to be sure to see Rob, Joe and Larry at Conicelli next time you are in the market for a new or even used car. You will be glad you did! Everyone was always helpful, without being pushy or constantly hasseling us. It was such a refreshing approach from most dealerships we visited where salesmen were almost pushing each other to get out the door to harass us before even getting out our car. We always think of Conicelli first, whenever we are looking for a new vehicle. We have just purchased our 4th new vehicle from Conicelli this past weekend. Although we live out of state, now, and have tried several times to purchase our vehicles locally, we are still drawn back to Conicelli , not only because of their excellent service, but also their unadvertised commitment to provide the customer with the best price on their new vehicle and trade in value on their old vehicle! Although all of the staff at Conicelli are very customer focused, we had such an excellent experience dealing with Mike Skrzat during our 3rd purchase in 2010, that we contacted him again when we were ready to trade into a new vehicle in 2013. Mike is the epitome of the type of sales person everyone would want when purchasing a vehicle. He ask all the right questions to determine what your needs are and evaluates the best option to assist you, without being pushy or overbearing. Most of our dealing was over the phone and Mike responded to all our concerns and if he couldn't do so, immediately, he would let us know he'd get an answer and call us back immediately. Mike is a man with much integrity who always did what he said he would do. If it was something he or the manager, Jack Kohanim, (another customer oriented individual with integrity) could not do, he would let us know why they couldn't. To us, integrity and excellent service is very important. We've had so many bad experiences throughout the years of buying vehicles in other dealerships, who would tell us one thing over the phone or via email (bait and switch) just to get us to come in, but Conicelli is different. I have been buying cars for 50 years, and this was my best experience ever. John Baumgardner was extemely friendly and knowlegable and had a great personality for car sales. Anton Butcher greeted me the first day I went to the dealership to test drive the Genesis. I really liked the car but wasn't sure I was ready to purchase the car without seeing and test driving other vehicles. I went back a week later but Anton wasn't working so Casey Wheat greeted my brother and me to find out our interest in the vehicle. He took us on another test drive and answered all my questions. Along with Oliver Woolfolk and Casey Wheat, I got a fabulous deal. Casey has continued to help me with understanding how to use some of the technology in the car on two occasions since my purchase.
