When we got there he was there, actually he was waiting on someone, I believe finalizing a sale. Even so he gave me paperwork to fill out. Boy he was moving around fast. We went in his office and he showed me my approval and we went out and looked/drove cars. Of course the higher the price the higher the monthly payment. He made you understand that so it was basically your choice and he explained the possibilities. He didn't push, he actually took his time. Very down to earth person. I was very comfortable. I got exactly what I wanted. Every piece of paper was clearly explained before signing. Even with the insurance he was concerned that I received the best.
