While my family has bought several Hyundai's from Concicelli, this was my first experience purchasing from the dealer. Casey Wheat was fantastic and made the experience both pleasurable and painless. Casey answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns both regarding the vehicle and options for financing. Casey was competent, knowledgeable and provided a collaborative sales experience that made me feel he was trying to get the best deal and provide me with all of the information. Lenny Scarnato handled the financing portion of the deal and was equally as excellent to work with. Lenny was thoughtful, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything as a first time buyer. I would highly recommend both Conicelli and these two employees to anyone looking to buy in the area. Great experience and I love my new car! More

(no credit history) but conicelli nissan's staff made me feel very welcome and respected. and Dmitriy in particular was very helpful. in explaining why my previous attempt at buying a car was soo terrible. i had doubts about ever owning a quality car anytime soon, but my doubts turned to confidence thanks to the great staff. thank you conicelli for helping me buy a great car at a great price :) More

Dmitriy turned that right around quick fast and in a hurry as my grandmother would say. He told me to be optimistic and that he would find me a car I liked so smile, "I have work to do you just sit here." I had been to three other dealerships in which i did not purchase a vehicle, let's just say Dmitriy kept his word and got me into the car I wanted, not a car he wanted me to have like most salesmen. I am so happy with the level of service in which I received and I will be putting anyone I know in contact with this guy for a car! More

My second new car ( HYUNDAI SPORT ) When I arrived @ the dealership 8/26/14 Anton Butcher was called up to assist me. I had a wonderful 2013 Sonata Limited to trade in, even thou When I arrived @ the dealership 8/26/14 Anton Butcher was called up to assist me. I had a wonderful 2013 Sonata Limited to trade in, even though my wife was against it. She really loved her car. I love the car too but I wanted to upgrade .I seen the Hyundai Sport in the Showroom and I was in love with it. Anton was friendly with me and answered all my questions about the new car .He brought one up front for me to check out . " WOW ' Anton new a lot about the new sport telling me about all the new features . I then new I wanted it. Making the deal inside I met Rob Durante who I knew from when I purchased my other car .Rob was also very kind and friendly, we talked about the deal that I was getting and shook on it DONE ! My wife and I picked up the new car 8/31/14 fri.eve Casey Wheat was there to help us out .Casey also new a lot about the new car .We all sat in the car for a while as Casey talked all about and showed us all the new features this car has. Casey took extra time to help us out making our buying of this new car wonderful. My wife loves the new car and the way we were treated @ the dealership was wonderful as well ! "Love my Hyundai" After almost 4 years without my own vehicle it was wonderful to hear about Conicelli and Nate Simon. This dealership and this particular salesman mad After almost 4 years without my own vehicle it was wonderful to hear about Conicelli and Nate Simon. This dealership and this particular salesman made it possible for me to once again own my own vehicle. I have an affordable monthly payment and in a year or so I plan to upgrade to a newer, possibly bigger Hyundai. I hope to once again do business with Conicelli and Nate as they could not have made the car buying process any easier or more enjoyable for me. Nate has gone above and beyond in making sure I am completely satisfied with my Elantra. The icing on the cake was driving my Elantra off the lot with a full tank of gas. Thanks again guys. More

He did not only help me but put me at ease and worked out a difficult situation I faced at the time. He gave me really good advice. He was patient with me and just wanted to help me. I regreted not coming to him sooner after being scamed by another dealer. He helped me greatly and I am forever grateful to him. I am happy with my car And I can only say thank you. I do not intend to return to Conicelli Hyundai Subject : Conicelli Hyundai in Conshohocken, PA ... Review I have purchased three (3) NEW Hyundai's at Conicelli Hyundai. One vehicle, a Sona Subject : Conicelli Hyundai in Conshohocken, PA ... Review I have purchased three (3) NEW Hyundai's at Conicelli Hyundai. One vehicle, a Sonata, was new as of that year, but was used. It had to be repurchased because there was glass on the trunk rug, and when further investigated, there was MOLD beneath the trunk; this is very bad preparation prior to delivery. I still have two (2) purchased NEW (not USED): an Elantra and a Santa FE, both purchased new. The Sales dept. is horrible: the sale rep was not truthful although he was personable. Let's get to the more serious problems. The SERVICE department had to TRY to repair a rattle in the door of one of the vehicles. It took them about six attempts to fix it, with one of the times, a service techs left one of his/her tools INSIDE of the door. I still have the noise inside the door, and I will live with it, because I will not let them work on this problem again. On both vehicles they kept OVERFILLING the oil on both cars by about a quart. I reported this to the Service Manager many times, to the Customer Relations Manager several times; and to the General Sales Manager. The Service Manager was polite, but apparently was not effective to remedy the situation. The Service Team was rude, and basically told me that if I was dissatisfied, that I should go some where else. Also, the last time I was there with my wife, I asked a Service Team rep. about when I should have certain procedures performed on my Hyundai vehicles, and she told me to "Read your owners Manual". I repeated my question to her three (3) times, and got the exact same answer. The General Sales Manager was flat out CAUSTIC, and he tried to blame me for these problems; he even mocked my profession. He tried to change the facts in an apparent attempt to evade the problems. I indicated that I was going to report my concerns, and he told me that he did not care, and that he was not afraid of my reporting to his superiors. The Customer Relations Manager, who I complained to about my concerns, did NOTHING. He would not even sit down with me and the aforementioned "TEAM" to try to remedy the situation; and he relayed to me that the OWNER of the Dealership was not willing to assist in relieving this very bad situation in any way. I called Hyundai Corp. several times, and the persons that I talked to were willing to do NOTHING stating that the Dealership was independent; they had no influence on these problems that I was incurring over the Dealership; only the Dealership could fix this. I have Never been treated like this, nor have I personally seen or heard of this happen to others My wife went with me to see first hand what I was talking about, and she was treated rudely as well; she does not wish to return. The vehicles are Ok, but I will NEVER buy from Conicelli again, and I do NOT intend to buy another Hyundai. I hope that this helps in your decision(s) concerning this Dealership and Manufacturer. I, also, hope that the Dealership and Manufacturer read this , and act on it in a POSITIVE way; and not have this post pulled from the Internet. Best of luck … More
